How does a Coaching relationship work?
Every coaching relationship is unique to the individual. We tailor our services to meet your needs. Usually, we speak to clients for 45 minutes once a week. The clients bring their agenda to the table and then we get to work. In addition to our phone sessions we may also offer you challenges designed to support you in reaching your goals in between sessions. You’ll find most of your learning, growth, actions and results happen between our sessions with you at the helm.

What if I really need to talk to my coach outside of my scheduled sessions?
You can always access us by email or phone for a quick progress check-in or question. But we will also let you know if we think the content would be better addressed in one of our weekly 45-minute sessions. We want to thoroughly address your needs, as this may not be possible in a short call.

Who are your clients?
Our clients are typically professionals from within the creative industries (ie. Fashion, Advertising and Fine Arts) They are innovative, ambitious, ethnically diverse, culturally savvy and are united by their desire to take action on their goals now.

What can coaching provide?
Depending on one's needs and goals coaching can provide different things to different clients. Some of the benefits may include focus, clarity, inspiration and accountability that one might not find as easily within them.
