TINA PUCCIO
Certified Coach, MSW

Tina holds a Masters in Social Work from the NYU Silver School of Social Work and is a Business Coach accredited with the International Coach Federation. Her work is two-fold. She is a professional business coach committed to empowering creative professionals to take action consistent with their vision to produce extraordinary results. Additionally Tina works for the United Federation of Teachers as Coordinator of its Member Assistance Program where she counsels teachers. Tina self directed a career change in her own life, transitioning from a senior position in fashion sales and marketing to a career in Social Work and Life Coaching.

Prior to establishing Latitude Coaching, Tina worked as the Basic Workshop Director at Personal Dynamics, which is a New York, based company that provides personal development and leadership programs by means of experiential workshops in communications, relationships, goal setting and coaching. Tina was responsible for recruiting monthly staff teams and training them in the areas of vision and goal setting, effective communication, and leadership. She also worked directly with the workshop participants entering the curriculum to explore their situations, discuss their values, attitudes and beliefs, guide them in identifying appropriate goals, and explore ways of overcoming barriers and setbacks. Tina was instrumental in encouraging staff and participants to maintain motivation and commitment and produce measurable results. She also led Post Training Workshops and facilitated leadership Guest Events.

Tina is a business professional dedicated to the enhancement of quality of life, the development of the full potential of each individual, group and community in society, and strongly believes that everyone is able to reach their desired dreams.

Tina is fluent in the conversational and business use of Italian. She has sat on the Board of Directors of The American-Italian Coalition of Organizations (AMICO) since 2003. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and a board member of The Junior League of Brooklyn.


Tina enjoys traveling abroad, reading, dancing and the arts in her spare time.
